In the Jemez fishing book I point out Fenton lake and the Chama below Abiquiu Dam as the big fish spots in the Jemez. Unfortunately Fenton is still closed for Covid-19 (5/23/2020), and the Chama is running high. At this point if I'm looking for big fish I would try the Rio San Antonio downstream of Dark Canyon Fishing Access - it's a tough climb in/out of the canyon, but that's why it has big fish! I got a 15" brown in there last Fall.
